A Bare or Bear's bite is much worse than a Scorpion's sting and a scorpion's claws are no match for a Bear's.

There have been some Scorpion sightings in Ohio. One was red. an other was yellow. I actualy saw two racing at Nelsons Ledges a couple years ago on the same weekend!
