What are the odds that this thing has been turbocharged?
Those bays are really tight. It would be one hell of a squeeze. Doubtful. Just asked for under the hood pics.

Its the only way on those......and I doubt that is. If it were, it would be about double that price
Dumbass prolly thinks since the new sho's are turbo, his is. Then again, most people that look at mine who don't know anything think its a supercharged Taurus.....needless to say, I facepalm a lot.

Honestly, they only thing I like about them is the exhaust note......some just sound rowdy. If that had been one of the 4 or 5 converted to 5sp......id be all over it.

That's interesting since none were made and marketed to the public.
Was it a one-off or a test car or something? I know there have been some conversions, and that's the only way I'd want to own one. My '92 MTX was a fun car.

BS......no v8 sho's left the factory with a manual.
the 89-95 v6's, believable......
Aside from the very few retrofits completed, there hasn't been a manual transmission in a sho since 1995....they died with the yamaha v6.

Ford does that. My friend had a 2002 SVT Focus w/an AT.

I wanted to buy that purple/graphiteish colored one(the first mtx conversion) when it came up for sale earlier this year......$4-5k IIRC. It sold and moved to MN before I could make an offer....

As far as the community knows, the only thing ford did in development and didn't put into production was...........wait for it...........fix the camshaft snapping problem.
I've been in this community a long time and have never heard of a v8 manual before the conversions.....except shiny happy people who thought their 6cyl was a v8.....
