Two glasses of martini, one red and one blue at a sidewalk bar in Washington, DC. (UPI/Billie Jean Shaw)

Greatest scam ever.
Heavy drinking is considered 14 drinks or more per week for women and 21 drinks or more per week for men.
Holy E36 M3! Not in Canada it isn't. I'm under the impression that Canadian health care states its 13 drinks a week for anyone.
I must be lazy. I didn't get tipsy once last year. I was too berkeleying tired to find time to drink.

Around here if you don't have at least 13 drinks a week you're practically a teetotaler

Drinking makes me tired unless I'm being active while drinking, so most of the time I only do it when I know I can go crazy, otherwise, nope. Haven't had beer in the house for going on a month now.

Probably more than the kindergarten through collegiate education of this writer cost us....
in other news, working long hours increases the likelihood that you have a drink while at lunch and/or drink while on the job.
