Shopping PC's: what brands/ models?

I have one of these in my home server:

Update:

Picked up the computer last night and it's running again, Yay. Repair guy saved my old files and pics. They were on the old side after being partitioned off in the corrupt registry fiasco. Tech that did the partition six months ago wasn't sure they could be recovered. I'd rather have these as there were many scans of old photographs. The pics from the new side are filed elsewhere so no big deal. 

Removed the side panel before use and vacuumed inside. Fans, case and heat sinks were berkeleying filthy. Lost some bookmarks and had to sign in to most sites again, almost like starting all over again but I'm keeping it simple this time. I don't miss all the latest whiz-bang gadgets. This is like it was prolly 5 years ago, I even found my old YouTube playlist that I thought was goners. I wasn't gonna replicate it tho. Like a blast from the past.

Repair guy reiterated what many here said, computer is fast enough, in good health. Upgrade as necessary. He didn't even try to sell me on their shop built machines. I may replace the cd player/ burner tho and add an external disc for backing up. (halp)

Computer was done in 24 hours but had to wait because they were closed next day. Less than half the normal repair cost here in town and way less time waiting. Normal turnaround time in town would be a week. Very pleased w/ their work, my new go to shop. They sell guns there too, what's not to like.
