It says it is .6 tenths. So, I interpret that as .06 of a mile in circumference. .06 of a mile is 316.8 feet. Divide by PI and that pond is 100 feet across.
Edit to clarify... if it said 6 tenths, or .6 miles, then your math would be correct.

Yes, they made the number 0.6 then redundantly (I assume) added tenths after it, meaning the lake is 6/100s of a mile around.
