Edge of the everglades, fairly close to Miami. Enjoy the Cuban food! (well, and the new yorker delis in the area)

Yeah, what Mr_Asa said. Miami is a big old mixing pot so take some time to walk the streets, hit up the local cafes, delicatessens, desert places, etc. in all the local ethnic neighborhoods. Extra points if you try to order in spanish- everybody speaks English but they appreciate the effort. Cuban coffee and lox bagels in the AM, micheladas for lunch, Brazillian steaks for dinner and an Argentinian bakery after-amazing.
Get a Mikosoukee tour guide to show you the everglades. Yeah, it's cool from an airboat but it's like seeing the rocky mountains from an airplane.
Hit up the Keys! Get some snorkeling in if you can-the water will be cold this time of year but the water is just so clear it's wild.
Stay the hell outside, wear a mask, tip the locals, etc. CV-19 numbers are bad in Florida, please don't make it worse.
Not much about Weston , just the location.
