got it for 50 cents out of a machine in the arcade at WalMart.. the last gaming system i owned was a Sega Dreamcast that i bought new about a month after they came out..
are there any good racing games for these things?
so far i've figured out that it takes 3d pictures, it came with only one stupid game preloaded, and it can now surf the internet over a wifi connection after i downloaded an update but it sucks for doing anything online since the screen's smaller than the average smartphone..
No recommendations on games, but good job.
I'll give you $50 for it.
...you should have gotten a small deck of cards with it (like 6 or 7)... you can use them to play a 3d game with the 3d camera... good way to kill 10 min...
also you can netflix on it... pic is worse then smartphone but the audio is pretty good...
don't think there are any REAL racing games (but honestly I haven't looked)... there is the new mario kart 7... it's in 3d... and if it's anything like the last 2 decades of mario kart is should be a lot of fun :)...
also if you can play mp3's on it... and if you buy the right flashcard you can play GBA, SNES, NES, and i'm sure a bunch more games (with emulators/roms) and watch movies (if you go though the hassle of converting files to the right format)
powerful little handheld (my kids are each getting one from grandma for Christmas... spoiled brats...)
yeah, i tried the deck of card game.. it was kind of cool for showing off it's capabilities, but at 37 years old i'm just not as easily impressed as i maybe should be.. Mariocart 7 and Tetris will be purchased so my 3 and 4 year old nieces and my 60 year old mom can play with it..
i'm gonna go try and win the PSP that's in the same machine tomorrow before work. my brother tried to get it about 5 minutes after i won the 3DS, but the lights were moving faster and it was harder to do.
Serious though, if you are willing to sell it, I'm willing to buy it. I HAVE to have MK7 and SML3D.
