This reminds me of Rendezvous by Claude LeLouch (spelling?). Not that I condone this sort of thing on the street and I hate those silly gumball rally rip offs, but woldn't it be fun to re-make that film? I wonder if it would be possible to get away with it in PAris or London or other European cities with more cameras that people?
