Ding, yes.
Kfir is a Mirage III modified with canards. The navy base near me has two of these (and two Hawker Hunters) that a contracting company owns that they use a lot for testing (electronic warfare mostly I believe). Not sure why a Kfir is ideal for it (not a lot of delta wing planes anymore), but maybe just a fast platform.
The pylon loads are interesting. Clearly a center mount fuel tank, and maybe another on the left pylon. Other pylons might be secret stuff.
