I think we've had at least three seasons in the past 8 hours...
Started off working on the doors of the truck with hat and winter jacket. Came back from picking up re-keyed door locks and I got hot enough to just have a t-shirt on.
Went to my daughter's soccer practice, and it went from sun to snowing sideways in about 10 minutes, with a 20 degree temp drop.
Half an inch of snow on the ground, then the sun came out again and it all melted.
30 minutes later, sleet, ice pellets, etc accompanied by 50-60 mph winds. About half of my cheap C900 car cover ended up about 3 houses down. Not sure where the rest is .
So I figure it should be back to 75-80 by tomorrow...
yeah it was hailing sideways 15 minutes ago. i had literally just come inside luckily. nothing blew away as i cleaned the yard this morning.
pretty sure it's not going to warm up for at least a week and a half.
Woke up to snow blowing around, an hour later it was calm and sunny and I walked to the nearest intersection in a t shirt and basketball shorts to see if they put down salt. Now we just got a few minutes of massive wet snow and high winds.

I remember a race at Mid Ohio many moons ago. Snow flurries on one side of the track, bright sunshine on the other. Then rain later on. Yeah, crazy, crazy stuff.

Yep. I heard the pelting of... something outside this morning. Didn't bother to look. Around 1 I was helping reorganize the furniture in the house (there is a bench/table/trunk thing my grandfather made like 50 years ago that nobody knows what to do with but everyone refuses to get rid of it because he made it) and it was snowing. Just now I heard my neighbor take off on his new Harley.
Or was the pelting thing recently and the Harley this morning? I just looked out there and it's still wet. I can't see him taking his new toy out if it's wet.
Yep, must be April in NE Ohio.
Welcome to April weather.
Yup...
In reply to Knurled: could be backwards, but then again you're 20 miles away, and it's Ohio in April, so anything goes...

My friends in real life saw no humor in this: I went to the parts store to get a spark plug and some starter fluid for my leaf blower. The guy ringing me up says "Jeez, I hope that's not for your snow blower!"
I get home and it snows.
yeah i drove up to north olmsted because the medina fedex office closes 3 hours earlier truck got over 20mpg
it was sunny on the way home. it's blizzarding now and we've got over an inch of snow in about 10 minutes.
For irony and humor, here is a photo of my hail damaged car getting pelted by hail.
Not so humorous, it also includes my wife's Mazda getting hit by hail. I have not yet looked them over in the dry daylight.
damn im west of most of you guys and thankfully no hail as my car is sitting in front of the garage, but these photos make me want to go put it away
These photos taken from the living room window in the back of the house at same time. That is not snow, just hail sitting on the short grass of the fairway.

Damn! I spent the day in shorts and a t-shirt, water sandblasting SanFord. As much as I like cold weather, that would be a cruel start to April.
Happy spring! Now go shovel the snow off of the driveway.
Hope it melts off fast.

We didn't get much rain - maybe a few drops - but there were 30k+ people in the Cincinnati area that lost power due to the crazy winds we had. One guy was driving his Caddy down the road when the wind blew a tree down on the back half of his car.
Upside is that I was painting engine and engine-adjacent parts so after I sprayed a coat, I could open the garage door a little bit and the coat would dry pretty fast!

It's snowing in Portsmouth, NH right now. Awesome.
I received about 9 inches of wet crappy snow yesterday.
I hear cars crunching outside. Don't want to look out the window.
Okay, I looked.
Dangit, it was 70 degrees a few days ago. It shouldn't be able to go from 70 to "snow sticks" that fast...
Went up to cinci yesterday (had never been to the art museum so we decided a tour was in order), winds were crazy! Like they came on the radio to warn of 70mph gusts crazy.
put the car away at 11 last night after seeing the hail photo's, but i guess we got lucky
its cold and windy but dry out!

We are used to it. That is this winter's accumulation still waiting to melt. NEVER take the winter tires off until it has snowed in April!!!
