That sort of looks like the Thousand Island Bridge (between US and Canada). I've towed race cars over it several times. Realy scary on a windy day!

Even though there are palmetto trees on the left I don't think the original picture is of the Grace bridge in Charleston, the approach is too straight. But otherwise it sure looks a lot like it. Only good pic I could find: If you drove over the Pearman bridge (which ran parallel) you could see how the Grace's road bed was held up by huge timbers and wedges that were jammed under the support girders. The Grace and Pearman bridges were replaced by what's called the Ravenel bridge.
