First let me preface this by saying I'm on pain meds and muscle relaxers right now, and for some reason was unable to sleep at all last night so I'm pretty messed up.
I just read an entire road test article in, I think Car and Driver of the Fisker Karma. What is so strange was, for some reason my inner voice, the one I "hear" when reading something, was Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation. I have NO IDEA why, but that whole article sounded like Ron reading it to me. The voice, inflection, I think I grew a mustache for a few minutes too.
I LOVED IT!!!
You need to find some better drugs.
So who's normally talking in your head?
When I read a story taking place in England, every word gets an English accent. The characters have different voices.
There are times however, after I put the book down .....

Pfffttt....I have voices reading me books.
Strangely, when I'm far into a repair project and have been working by myself for hours, the inner voice becomes british. Not high-class brit, some working-class accent but I couldn't tell you which area. And he's usually mean and very sarcastic about how the repairs are going.
Could be worse - at least it's not Richard Simmons.

I've always had a british inner voice, but it might be nice to try a Ron Swanson voice.
"You had me at meat tornado"
" I want you to bring me all of the bacon and eggs you have"

Awesome!
I'm trying to think of the movie we watched this weekend that had "Ron Swanson" in it, but with no mustache.
It was very strange.
I doubt it was Ron Swanson's voice, but it may have been Duke Silver's.

How many pills do I have to take to get that cute April Ludgate to be the voice in my head?
Occasionally, if I'm reading anything that's supposed to be set in the South, the West, the Old West, etc, my inner monologue turns into Sam Elliot. It's pretty awesome.
