We got about 10 minutes worth. Just enough to jack up the humidity, but not enough to really help anything grow though. As much as I've been enjoying not mowing what's left of my lawn (just pull a few weeds and viola, the lawn in mowed), not really looking forward to paying $7.50 for a box of Wheaties for the rest of eternity.

That's 'Say What?' material for sure.

I thought a light drizzle was "dangerous" in Jersey......
We ended up getting about 1" of rain here in about 20 minutes.....grand total of 2.2" of rain since we planted our crops the 2nd week of april. In my lifetime I've never seen anything like it, my dad hasn't either.

I've cut the grass twice this year. That's nice. But, it's been too hot to spend much time in the garage though. Today is going to be in the 70's, that's better than 105 a few days ago.
I have not had to cut the grass this year, but that is because Dad is finally home, and going out on the riding mower is the only house work he can do with how bad his knees are.
We had a "Top 5" type storm in Central PA yesterday. Incredible blinding rain, frequent lightning, really bad wind gusts. Some places got substantial hail. It also rained steadily for a couple hours after the main event rolled through. We needed the rain, though. Not as much as you mid-West guys, but it's still pretty dry here.
