I know there was a thread previously, but could not find it and the way tech goes the info may be totally outdated.
I currency have Youtube TV, getting a bit annoyed with it not staying logged in, and the fact that the price is higher than its competitors. The good, it has the not so Big anymore 4 live networks for local news and prime time tv, and for Football. I will be killing youtube after the Superbowl.
Anyone know of any streaming services that carry ABC,CBS,NBC, and FOX local programming and for less then 65 a month?
I had Sling at one time, they only had NBC, I think it was a bit ago, could have been ABC, nut it was just the one.
Then I had DirecTV NOW streaming, it had two or three of the 4, had a non working guide, was incredibly buggy, (So buggy they have changed their name 3 or 4 times since) and at the time and the price kept going up and nothing was getting fixed.
Not looking for anyone to do research for me, just wondering what you got and if it has the big 4 local channels, and does it work consistently.
Antenna TV will not work, tried. I am in the valley equally between the ABC station in Manchester NH, and ABC,CBS,NBC in Portlant ME, and too far from Boston.
Thanks a million.

I preferred YouTube TV over Fubo, but due to regional networks and contract I had to switch so I could watch the Bruins.
I have YouTubetv for the Olympics and then will drop its awesome but too much for us.
will probably go back to an antenna and Hulu/Disney+ when the okympics are over.
I pay for Prime and Netflix... both of which are going up in price soon, but still around $30/mo for both. That plus a $20 antenna to get locals and I'm set... but I haven't bought the antenna yet because I use a projector which doesn't have a tuner... so I have to research tuners.
Mom and Dad have DirecTV which means I could sign in with their credentials, but that either means using a very clunky app to stream locals, or adding the app for all of the networks and having to log in to each one and switch apps just to view my locals. An antenna seems like a better alternative for me. Of course, I live in a metro area and I have 15 locals within 20 miles of me. Maybe not a good choice if you live in the boonies.
Wife says "we should record some of the figure skating on our YouTube"
Me: goes into YouTube tv to find this and just reorcdez every Olympic thing. Just clicked a button and it'll be stored for 8 months no.

I think I may have a spare antenna if you want it for free. Can't use down here as allegedly we need about a 30' one to get any reception.

Don't know if the gov site is still up from the digital conversion way back when, but it said at 35 feet I can get pbs via antenna.
Before conversion I could get snowy abc from Manchester nh and 2 of the Portland stations, also snowy with rabbits. Nothing now that its digital.
There is new broadcast stuff coming out soon, promises better signal....but.... it requires the broad caster to set up more broadcast antenna to cover the same area. Fat chance that will happen in my area.
Looking into fubo. Was hoping to reduce cost, but if it works better than utube, I will be ok.

I've had Fubo for about a year. I've been pretty happy with it. I found it runs better on a box or firestick than in my LG smart tv. For stuff I can't get on Fubo I venture out on the web with my VPN engaged and hit places like Weakstreams
