String Back Driving Gloves?

Does anyone know where to get a decent pair of Stringback driving gloves?

Try bike shops. Although they have largely been replaced by stretchy lyrca gloves, you can still find string back gloves occasionally.

FTFY. They offer zero protection when you go down.

These are called crochet (pronounced crow-shay) gloves. If someone came in asking for stringback gloves I would not know what the hell they were talking about. Equestrian/tack stores will have ones with more supple leather.
