Yeah, I watched it, and she was definitely under the influence, but I can see their point that I think there was more too it. Some type of medical issue that possibly could have lead to some type of delirium and pain that she then unwisely self medicated and ended up well over the limit. But the fact is, none of the indicators and video surveillance she was caught on before the accident showed any signs of intoxication. Same with witness testimony of those who served her at the gas station and McD's.
