These are rated for 60lb, so if you used two sets it may work ok. Were you planning on using this as an actual desk or just a workbench? If a desk, then I think the lathe will occupy the same space that your legs will want to occupy when desking.
Maybe have the desk fold down when not in use and leave the heavier lathe where it is. This would extend your desk out away from the wall so it may take up too much room and only makes sense if you lathe more than you desk.
