As some of you know, my lady first book was published. Its selling pretty well right now on Amazon and Barnes&Noble. I'm super proud of her
Now she wants to explore having t-shirts made.
Any of you folks have recommendations on suppliers? Especially with quality press and embroidery work
Hi ,
does she want to "make" the shirts or buy them already done ready to sell ?
"Make" to me is having blank T-shirts , that you screen print the design on ,
you can also get transfers made that you "Hot Press" onto the T-shirts or Ball caps.

Snapfish and Walmart both shirts to order and simply upload the preferred image.
If you want to have more than one or two made, check out Broken Arrow (brokenarrowwear.com, I think). I've been a satisfied customer for years.

No problem....
a few things , check what blanks they plan on using and get a printed sample ,
check and see how it feels to you , I always buy 100% cotton ,
Hanes Beefy Tees was the go to brand years ago , not sure today ,
Also see how they are sized , I always buy Large , sometimes they are tight and sometimes they are so big they fall off ! Customers will not like that , and you do not want returns ....
Also think about ball caps , pretty much one size fits all .
Good Luck......

I don't have a recommendation, but congrats to your Lady on the success

If this is where fm gets their shirts, I'll attest to the quality. They're some of my favorites.

Certainly is. They're really helpful too.

I forgot to update this thread but this is the direction she went with. Thanks Keith!

I don't know how to link from the Amazon app. But here's a link to it: http://www.pagepublishing.com/books/?book=my-hero-williams
ISBN: 9781643349930
It's available at Amazon, Barnes&Noble, iTunes and GooglePlay. Thanks for the interest!
Guess I need the isbn or author's name as I keep getting comic books
I've found for minimum quantity runs of 20 or so screen printed t-shirts that I've been able to do as well on price with a local business as I would have done online. Don't know about bigger numbers though. Last batch of 20 I did with lightweight cotton shirt and 1 color/2 sides was under $10 ea, plus I got to actually feel the shirt sample before ordering.

I used to think the same until I discovered the local shop was just ordering them online :)

LOL, if they can order it online and sell it to me for less than the online shop will sell it to me directly, let them. Stranger things have happened.

Try it again. I don't know why it won't work when I name the hyperlink.
Teespring is kind of set up for this application, lots of YouTubers use them for their merchandise. I've bought a few shirts to support people from there and was satisfied with the quality.
I design some shirts on the side, have some friends (a couple) that press the shirts for me here in WS/NC and Im super thrilled with their quality and price.
If youre interested Im more than happy to send you information, but will refrain, for now, on posting their link. Not wanting to seem like Im spamming the forum
But they do shirts and really nice stickers and, well, anything. They are wonderful.
Quick turnaround, too.
