Came across this just now. Thought it was interesting to see the build process along with being strange to look at. The real interesting bit is the teaser of a “shooting brake” design. I like the Tesla Model S. I feel like a shooting brake design might fit well.

Seriously, I like the idea of a Tesla Shooting Brake/Wagon. The Model S is already a hatch, so it is not a big stretch to offer another an already in demand car in an unliked configuration to make it cool again. Maybe this will kick off another wave of stationwagons?
If I wanted a weird hearse at my funeral, I'd request a rental van with the logo changed to "U can't take it with u".
