Well actually 16 years and 9 months but close enough.
Live above the law for 16 years and then get sentenced to 16 years seems lite. I would guess the real time served is less.
This is probably "country club" prison not "pounded in the ass prison"
When I'm king, no jail time. Everyone who got hosed by this guy gets to take it out of his ass. 10 punch maxim.

Comments from the judge lead me to believe it won’t be at country clubish if the judge has any discretion.
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
What pisses me off more though is Tucker's D Sport National Championship. While I can applaud that somebody finally got the 4-stroke turbo MC engine formula to work the 'ill gotten gains' development money taints the win.

There was an article about him and his kind recently. The scumminess isn't the lending practices, it's the selling of your financial information to third parties who would invent unpaid loans and bundle them up as packages to sell to bill collectors.
I'm with Hanover Fiste on the subject matter...
Funny this should come up. I only just heard about this guy from some article a few weeks ago. It was a pretty interesting read about predatory collections agencies and the selling of loan information.
Here, found it https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2017-12-06/millions-are-hounded-for-debt-they-don-t-owe-one-victim-fought-back-with-a-vengeance
Glad he's finally getting whats coming.
Remember that the fake debt collections stuff in that article didn't point back the brother who raced, it was the other brother.
