This is the lowest buzz job I've ever seen. Its not a fighter, or bomber! I caught myself trying to lean out of the way.

Pilot somewhere recently lost his licence and went to jail after he took the top of his buddies head off during a fun video shoot.

That doesn't sound very fun for the buddy.

Can't tell, but there is a C47 out of Republic for the American Airpower museum. It is painted those colors, and has its (deserved) Invasion stripes, as this one seems to have.
I can't tell if thats the one though.
After Hurricaine Floyd, there was a DC3 spraying mosquito killer stuff in the more rural areas. He was flying the thing like it was a crop duster. Amazing skills. Wish I had a video to share.

There was one in a similar scheme based out of Danbury Muni when I was flying out of there almost 20 years ago.
My neighbor used to run a decent sized private airport with some... Interesting connections. He had a C-47 whose logbook indicated it had been off the ground for more than 15 years!
I would think the ground effect of a plane that big going that speed would be very noticeable. I believe that DC3 was lower than the 10 in this video, but these guys are going way faster, dude is crazy in number 3:
I saw this video a few months back.

I'll wager that if half of those guy's commanding officers knew they were doing that, they'd be in a slight bit of trouble.
The one dude's head was maybe 3 feet from the plane's aux. fuel tank.
I saw a C-47, painted like that, at a friend's private airstrip near Poughkeepsie NY. The guy that owned the C-47 stopped in for lunch. When he left he said that he would make a low pass down the runway. About 30 people walked out on the runway for the low pass. He made a pass at about 20 feet. It is impressive to see and hear something like that.
I may have posted this video before, but it is good. Note the tire tracks in the sand around the 2 minute mark.

They never do that kinda stuff at airbases in the states. But in other countries thats another story.
When I was at a SAF base in Zaragoza Spain for a mock war in 2002, it was explained to me that our tent city was used as a target when air traffic permitted. I remember walking to the chow hall when one of the birds came low(about 50 to 100 feet) and fast and just happened to look over my shoulder to see it coming right at our city. Kinda freaked me out at first cuz you cant hear them until they are just past you.
The SAF guys were pretty crazy and trying to show off while we were there, nothing like what was in either of the videos in this thread. Our guys were playing too since they are not allowed to play like that at home.

JESUS.
I can only imagine what a Harrier going over that close might sound like. I remember seeing one at Oshkosh several years ago....and remembering that it hurt my ears as it was doing the transition from hovering to forward flight...and I was at the campground a mile away.

I went to my MOS school at MCAS Cherry Point NC, the east coast Harrier base, and I must tell you I hated being around them after 8 months. They rarely did vertical takeoff or landing but always did short field take offs and landings. They are basically going slow with alot of throttle. It sucks to be around.
F18s only sucked when they were doing carrier qualification before going on a float, basically flying slow, flaps down, alot of throttle, for a couple of hours. It also sucked to be around.

Yeah, but hearing 75 Merlins all going at once as the P-51's go by made it worthwhile.
I remember seeing a harrier fly at an airshow once.. the noise was quite intense as it hovered and spun in place
