Actually, if anyone comes across anything 1953-63 Mercedes let me know. Parts, partouts, or decently priced cars. 220a and 220s sedans are a plus.

I'm never quite sure what the FB algorithms think I might want to buy, but I have seen a few old MB ads, so I'll try to remember.
Learned a FB marketplace "cheat code" the other day. Put in the item you're searching for, then search within 80 miles. This is an example search, looking for Kato N Scale trains (something I've been searching for lately). Here's an example search: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/107740462581860/search/?query=kato%20n%20scale&radiusKM=129&vertical=C2C&sort=BEST_MATCH
Now, here's the trick: See where the URL says "radiusKM=129"? Back out the 129 and type in 1999. Apparently, 1999km's is the maximum search range. It works. I've been looking at train stuff basically in the whole eastern half of the U.S.
Happy hunting! (BTW: This doesn't make the search engine suck any less, it just makes it suck over a wider radius.)

I asked the seller for additional pictures. Looks like he's the original owner, laid out manuals, paperwork, receipts. No answer why it needs a rebuild, but everything else looks like it needs a pressure wash and a refresh.

Why does it need a rebuild? See Nonak's H1 rebuild thread. His bike looked about the same when we dug it out of my mother's garage. If it hasn't run in 40-odd years, it'll likely need a complete tear down and rebuild, despite what it may look like on the outside.

OOOOOH! I had a KF just like that - 175cc - when I was a kid. Great bike, pretty torquey, very reliable, but a bit heavy. Too heavy for real rough riding but it made a great dual-sport for its day. Plus, it survived 14-year-old me wrenching on it.
