Hello! Guys, please help me with this problem. I have a macbook. The cat dropped the motherboard. I think I got it all straightened out. Reassembled the laptop back. It does not turn on and does not give any signs of life. What can I do?

Paddle your canoe to Best Buy and purchase another.

Additionally, stop using the mother board as a base for the litter box.

My advice would be to take it to the service. Maybe there you can try to do something to resuscitate the board.

It's the makings of a spamnado. Sure, maybe no links yet, but has all the hallmarks of a classic spamstorm. Before you know it, we'll have canoes flying through the sky, blocking out the sun, and it'll be chaos. Chaos I tells ya.

Personally, I prefer my spam without spam.

I would immediately suspend the cat's computer privileges, at least until which time he can be trained in the proper use of the motherboard.

I am still trying to figure out how the cat was able to remove the motherboard in order to drop it.

Although if this is a real post, knowing exactly what model Mac would be useful.

Motherboard?  You meant to say the mainframe.

I would suggest that it is possible that your Winchester disk has ingested a particle whose diameter exceeded the flying height of your drive's head, resulting in a crash.  Unfortunately, such damage is irreparable.
