I am sticking with Cholula .
Part of the reason I like it is the wooden cap.

This has become my generic go to for most and yes the wooden cap is part of it 😆
I typically have over a dozen hot sauces on rotation at any given moment
But usually I am grabbing Cholula or Sriracha for most things. I do like scotch bonnet sauces for when I need to kick things up. I also have orignal The Last Dab. I remember when the tiniest bit would damn near kill me in the beginning, now I put quite a bit in when I make chili 😆
I almost always prefer flavor over outwright heat. There are flavor combinations I just prefer over others. I love taco bell with Cholula...however hardshell tacos I prefer Sriracha 🙃
I picked up a couple of the suggested bottles.
One was the Tapatio. It's not bad but hotter than I like. I'll have to use it sparingly.
The other that came in was the Cholula Chipotle. This one is on point. I really like the smokey flavor. I tried it on a hamburger/rice dish the wife made. Awesome. I even tried it on my egg and cheese omelet I made for breakfast. Very tasty and not overly hot. I'm interested to see how it pairs with a steak, pork, or chicken.
I'm going to have to try some of Cholula's other sauces.
I also ordered a bottle of Melinda's Green Sauce. It hasn't arrived yet.
Thanks for the suggestions.

This stuff is so mild I can't even taste any hotness, but it is delicious!

From a quick google, this appears to be TJ's version of one of my faves

Which I am out of right now so I will be hitting Joe's this evening to look for it.

Smoke Tabasco was the first to come to mind, but some of the Peri-Peri sauces fit the bill. Nando's or African Rhino are two brands to try there.
Cheech Martin marketed a mango habanero sauce that was a lot more mango than habanero.
Well, you just sealed my fate for lunch today. My original plan was nothing. Now, it's Nando's. They deliver. They're bringing a bottle of Garlic sauce with the order.

Also forgot to mention:

Came here to say this. You can add enough to make it hot, been I love its flavor.
