As someone who sucks at spelling, I never point it out.
But what a great name for a restaurant!
The Meat Up.
Woke up to 1/2 inch of ice/sleet/ frozen whatever coating everything.
winter storm warning is in effect (Why?)
its below freezing outside
Today is the first autocross of the season.
I wimped out and stayed home
Three project cars in the garage, so the dailies are outside and ice coated. Went out and spent 45 minutes chipping off the ice. My golf league starts a week from Friday.....something needs to change.

Because I like to save Christmas movies for Christmas.

Dang! I think I might be able to blame that on my iPhone. Maybe. I hope.
Spent two days in Connecticut mostly drinking wine and helping my son install lights in the back yard. Got a sunburn. Now (Sunday 15 Apr) at home it's spitting snow, deck is covered in ice and 31 degrees.
It quit raining here just long enough to snow.
Now it's raining again.
It was almost 80 3 days ago, now 20's to 40's most of the week.

You're in Colombia. How is it colder there than here?
Bogota is cold apparently.
Fortuately, SoNE didn't get hit as hard as the Midwest, and we have no snow here. But the weather extreme differential has been dramatic. Yesterday it was sunny and close to seventy. Annie and I were doing yard work all day and we loved it. Today ... 33 degrees, cloudy, drizzly and windy, so the weather differential is pretty dramatic. But then again, it's mid-April. So wait a few days, and hopefully we'll be smiling.
I just got back from an emergency call. The run downtown in 40+ mph winds and torrential rains wasn't much fun. I guess that's better than snow and ice.
Saturday - I did a mtn bike ride in shorts and a short sleeve jersey and sweated my ass off.
Sunday - froze my ass off standing on a open air strip getting blasted by wind and drizzle while chasing cones...
Today's forecast called for rain, but it was just kinda cloudy all day--until 2 minutes after I decided to go for a bike ride. Glad I paused. The rain came down in sheets sideways. Now it's chilly outside. Glad we cleaned the gutters today, too.

How can you possibly resist turning that AC unit on???? Can you imagine how damn efficient that beast would be right now?
