Yes, yes it is. I've been trying to work through my personal existential crisis
for the last 3 weeks or so. I haven't had any breakthroughs. :-(
It's really dawned on me recently that I will die someday as will my parents and other loved ones. It's...disturbing to put it mildly and I don't know how to come to terms with the eventuality. I just don't.
My sincere condolences to his family.

Give it a few months. It will dawn on you.

You'd think they could omit the "Send Flowers" button.

Check on its way.
The weird thing, if ECM hadn't had a chance connection, would we have ever known what happened?
Yeah...there have been a lot of folks in different forums I visit that just stop posting...I always wonder if they left, or if they "left"...
I am dragging this up from the past but I just found out about this in the "Serviceable BMW thread". He and I had communicated back and forth a bunch about stuff German car related over the last couple years. I had loaned him some specialty tools I have for some projects he was working on and what not. In fact I think he must have returned them to me shortly before he passed. I sent him an email saying that I had got them back but I never heard a thing from him again.
I am so very sad to here this. He was a great guy!!!!! You will be missed Scott
Any time legal issues come up, he comes to mind.
We will all meet again walking the streets of glory.
Wow. He will be missed.
He was a contour SVT guy too.
In the halls of Valhalla, we will meet our (internet) lawyer!

Poor taste canoe deleted. I feel like someone defaced his tombstone. RIP Scott
Damn! That guy was cool. I'll miss him. I didn't realize that's why he stopped posting.
Shocked that it has been 5 years....

If only there were a way to bring back the actual person as easily as it is to resurrect a post about them....
I hope his family is doing ok.
Equally disturbing is the number of other members posted in this thread that are no longer with us. RIP
