Reminds me of this story from yesterday. I don't care if it's a company I like, the CEO of a company that literally has a test track in its back yard shouldn't be able to get out of the umpteenth speeding ticket that would lead to a 1yr driving ban by arguing that he had to do it to test the car as part of his job:

Honestly, if you want to intimidate the jurors, any also all potential jurors, I can't think of a better way than to make a statement like that.
