I have gathered all of the greatest 4-wheel race car drivers from across the world. NASCA, Indy, F1, Rally, Trophy Trucks, Semi Racing, Supercars, Rallycross, etc. You name it, they are here. I want to pit them against each other in a race to see who has the best driving skill, BUT, I cannot give any one person an advantage. So that means not running on any existing track or in any existing vehicle.
We need to come up with a totally new race and vehicle that will be equal to everyone.
You could have a series of head to head races in randomly chosen vehicles of different types.
How about calling it the Race Of Champions?
you are going to build a race track just for this, that is totally different than anything any of the racers have ever been on?
Run an alternate configuration to what is normally run at a track like Reverse short track at COTA. Then for the car, just put safety equipment what ever manufacturer wants to provide it and go to town.

But, but, the trophy truck/dakar rally/moto trials riders/drivers specialize in running flat out in stuff they've never seen before. NarseCAR drivers specialize in refining their specific skills over thousands of iterations of the same banked left turn. By making it novel, you're already favoring one type of driver over another.
