Sooooo.....Mexico, UK, or Canada? In three days, the really hard decisions have to be made.
Everything is going to be just fine.
I think the last election and the one before that were:
"The most important in our lifetimes!"
Yawn.

He's got a pretty impressive track record of turning dumpster fires into the best in the world, which sounds like the most useful skill a President could have these days.

Mexico is impoverished, pretty corrupt, and run by cartels for the most part.
The U.K. Has the whole Brexit thing going on.
When you order bacon in Canada, you get ham.
There are no good choices here.

You could try Australia if you don't mind the deadly wildlife, blistering Sun and the need to try and emulate America.

Costa Rica, Panama, Peru maybe
Lots of rhetoric, doom and gloom.
Little action.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
Getting a little tired of the punditocracy waffle at lunchtime. Something along the lines of ' If the official hadn't called that holding penalty whilst our QB was on his back with a ineligible receiver downfield and a fullback open in the flat with the linebacker targeting our defenseless slot receiver that would have been the game winning go ahead touchdown on the first snap of the game'. "Optimism is cowardice". Spengler.

Aside from the song being spot on for this election... These guys were so over-played in my youth that I got sick of them. Holy berkeleying E36 M3 did these guys rock. Listen to Entwhistle and Moon. berkeley.
For me, I'm just looking forward to the e36 M3 show if neither candidate gets 270 electoral votes (somewhat likely).
I'm just hoping my sister in law stops sending me articles that supposedly supports her political views, while supposedly going against mine.
First, we've never discussed politics.
Secondly, they are all so poorly written they actually don't make the point she is trying to make.
Third, she's so far off the deep end, she's told her parents not to come to her son's birthday party (4th birthday) if their candidate wins. Which differs from hers.
Had to vent here, as I'm being quiet so as to keep family peace.

an article in this mornings paper brings that up. Just think, we have a Supreme Court that is short one judge and could end up in a tie. What happens then. Recount?

Goes to the Senate i am pretty sure (maybe house, but I think it's the senate)
In the case of an Electoral College tie the House elects the president and the senate elects the vice-president. The House vote would be interesting as each state only gets one vote, not each representative, so any state with an even split between Republicans and Democrats would possibly remain deadlocked and not be able to cast their vote. It takes 26 votes for a candidate to win.
