I've only been there once, while playing on a slot machine I saw 2 guys in all black suits walk across the casino both handcuffed to a metal briefcase.
Do people actually transfer money that way? There must have been a hidden camera because it looked way too theatrical.
I would be shocked if any of the casinos are free of criminals.

I think it was a harmonica inside the briefcase.
The whole thing was imagined and founded by Bugsy Siegel for the sole purpose of giving criminal money laundering a legit facade.
