Tim Conway has passed away at 85.
Tim Conway has died at the age of 85.
He passed away at 8:45 a.m. in the Los Angeles area on Tuesday, his rep Howard Bragman confirms to PEOPLE.
Prior to his death, he suffered complications from Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) and had no signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s.

If it helps, at all of 32, I got to see him live with Harvey and still remember the Carol Burnett show.

I realize some people get annoyed when actors on sketch shows can't hide their own laughter (Jimmy Fallon being a famous example). But I think there's a charm to it--if something's funny enough, even the pros can't resist.
I mention it because the elephant story linked above is without a doubt the all-time king of the "crack up the rest of the cast" sketches. It will never, ever be equaled.
