It looks like a heavy truck, 105 psi? looks like it could be, that is quite a lot of pressure to come out at once.
tyre does not look any lower... and his arm is nicely bloodied
Looks like he broke his arm and broke the skin causing the bleeding.
Either way, good to see him paying for what he did. Oh and I miss watching ATOS.

If that happened here, his lawyer would sue the store owner for having something so dangerous without easily visible warning labels all over it in such a place that the guy would be tempted to poke a hole in it.
I slashed a tire at 35psi once. (Testing a new knife on a junk tire)
A. It was loud.
B. It blew my arm around behind my back. Had I been holding the knife differently, I'd have stabbed my left leg with my right hand.
It blew his shirt off!
