Weird thing happened to me the other day. A truck popped up on my FB feed for sale but no price. I emailed the contact person and he emailed me back about 36 hours later with a link to his ebay listing for a 2001 Chevy diesel in Tulsa Oklahoma with a buy it now price of $2,670.

Now here is my question? This seems like way to good a deal to be accurate but how is it a scam through ebay? Or is it legit and I just blew it by telling all you vultures about the best ebay listing ever?

Depends on the terms and such. Does he expect you to send payment without you having seen the truck? Is he out of the country and needs to sell using "ebay escrow services" or something like that? Then it's a scam. If you can see the truck in person and test drive it and handle the title then pay him in person then you might be on to a good deal.

That sounds like a very scammy scam.
