I'm guessing this is to try and show all SUV's look the same. There's a poster that's been trotted out many times that shows all American cars from one year, I think it was either sometime in the 30's or 50's. Despite everyone saying cars used to look different, they all looked very similar. I think one of the reasons people think cars look different in the past, is that what people see is a cross section of cars 5-20 years old, where there is a 15 year spread in design language. While 'new' cars tend to be 1-3 years old so the design language is similar.
You're not wrong, but I bet five years ago most people could tell an Aston Martin from a Rolls Royce from a Kia or Volvo.
Well the Rolls, Lambo and Maserati leap out you here as well.
Realized I'm wrong on 9. I changed it, but felt guilty changing it so put it back. I had the right country at least, and at one point they had the same owner.

I didn't realize Rolls, Lambo or Maserati made SUVs, so They didn't jump out at me. I just quickly scrolled down and said, "Meh, SUV, SUV, SUV, SUzzzzzzzz....."
EDIT: I looked at the pics again, this time actually looked at them. I think I know what one of them is for sure and two others I think I have a good guess as to the manufacturer but no idea on the model. No idea on the three brands that are supposed to jump out at me.
Looking at the brakes is probably the easiest way to get in the ballpark of price.

Two of the vehicles in the list start from around $200,000 and the third starts at well over $300,000. Three in the list start from about $70,000 and the remaining ten are much less expensive.
Can we have the 2nd part of the question ?
Which will lose the most value by percentage after 10 years ?
and which will use the least value by percentage ?
I am picking Toyota for least.....

Excellent car spotting. I intended for 13 to be a Nissan Armada but you're right, it's actually a QX80. 15 is a Volvo XC90.
Well mine were genuine guesses, but as STM317 has chimed in I'll post what I thought they were, including the one I realized I got wrong, changed my guess then changed it back.

6. $30,722 Wasn't sure, but it looked so generic I assumed it had to be relatively cheap
7. $60,441. Easy, Maserati, it leaps out you from the vents, to the rear haunches to the brakes and wheels
8. $242,874 Lambo Uranus, nothing else has that much folded origami on it.
9. $63,982 Originally I thought this was a Range Rover Evoque, but I now realize it's the Aston thing that I"m not sure if it's really in production or not. This is the one I changed then uncheated myself and changed back to a now known wrong answer.
10. $40,372 Kia incert random ski resort here
11. $50,621 I thought this was another mid/large GM boring mobile, but SMT probably has it right as a Hyundai blah mobile
12. $57,982 Looks like a GMC Denali to me.
13. $50,447 Even the big black box can't hide the hidiusness that is an Infinity. I can't wait for David Woodhouse to start injecting some decent DNA into Datsun's design language again.
14. $428,962 Another easy one. The Rolls Royce Cunalingus, I mean look at the sucide doors, wheels and even the prominent RR emblem still on the side.
15. $38,721 I thought this was generic enough to be a Kia?Hyundai, but again I think SMT is correct again with Lex-ass.
16. 39,992 I thought this was a Mazda, but again SMT is certainly correct as I missed the Mercedes wheel centers

So someone who doesn't own an SUV, doesn't subscribe to any magazines other than GRM, CM and R&T, non of which really cover SUV's can still be pretty close. I think that proves SUV's aren't as generic as we think. At the very least it's relatively easy to spot general class (Economy, midrange, premium, E36 M3s money then wipes ass with $100 bills)
