A very short one around the park because it has no plates, but the driver stopped on an 1/8 mile straight and did the line lock thing (they call it Launch Mode?), Driver advised putting your head on the head rest. Ho-Lee-Karappp! about a second later we were braking hard at the other end! On the plus side, braking recharges the batteries. This was a 4WD model for $135,000.; they offer a 2WD for less.
Back seat's a little tight, black on black wouldn't be my first choice, but that's not why we buy them is it?

The other day I saw a white Taycan abandoned on the left shoulder of I-95, up against the jersey wall, in a place you wouldn't willingly leave any car, let alone a nice one.
Hope it all worked out for them.

Someone in town has an Mabma Green metallic one here in town. This isn't the Porsche I've been looking for, but it looks pretty nice.
I'm putting up $20 for a raffle ticket but look for a half price sale if I win. Even the "fuel" door disappears electrically, the whole car is a laundry list of failure opportunity and kinetic disappointment.

I thought the Taycan was a good-looking car but then that new Audi EV sedan thingy came out and the Taycan looks lame in comparison.

While I agree, I've just never actually enjoyed being in any Audi I've ever driven.

I'll withhold judgement on this one, but I totally agree. Single exception of the Audi 90 I drove a while back. Otherwise I've wanted to love an A4, an S4, an A6, and a TT that I've driven, and just never have. Same with all VW products that I've driven, actually.

I'm unlikely to ever drive either, so how they look as they pass me on the road is all that matters to me.
