I just finished watching the second episode. Has anyone else seen it? I felt like it was a cheaper knock off of the UK Top Gear. It was watered down. The host, Charlie Cox, was going for Clarkson-esque punch lines but couldn't pull it off. It felt more scripted and (poorly) rehearsed. I know it's being produced by the BBC and that the current UK TG took 11 seasons to get where it is now, but I was really hoping it was going to be something different but with the same intentions. They even have their own Stig! And he's The Stig, not even anything uniquely Aussie.

I agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly. They've tried to replicate the personalities of the UK hosts, but it's not working; there's no on-screen chemistry between the hosts at all. IMHO, it's much worse than early episodes of UK Top Gear.

Warren Brown (the 'James May' of the three), is okay. He's by far the most witty and insightful, but (again, IMO), the other two bring nothing to the table.
