My friend tagged me in this photo asking this question. I wanted to pick the General, maybe KITT, but that red sports car to the right looked familiar & much more my interests these days. But I couldn't figure out where it looked familiar from.
A quick search said Hardcastle and McCormick, and it was a VW! 1971 VW Coyote X to be exact. I decided I might change my answer.

I think out of those I may take Ecto-1.
I want Maxwell Smart's Sunbeam Tiger.

This.
Or maybe the A-Team van. None of the other appeal to me
As a plot line on Hardcastle and McCormick, the Coyote wasn't based on a VW. It was a prototype sportscar that had the highest performance. The actual cars used on the show were based on VW chassis but were based on the Manta Mirage design that originally had big honking V8 engines in them. When filming the show, they actually used a Ferrari 308 for interior shots when the characters were driving along and the engine noises were also dubbed Ferrari sounds. If you watch the tach in the shows opening, you'll see the Ferrari prancing horse on it.
If I could get a Coyote with a Ferrari interior and drivetrain, that would be my choice. Unless the A Team van came fully equipped with the weapons locker on the rear or if the Ecto has working proton packs. Those would make up for having poor handling.
A team van to use as a tow rig if I can only choose from those.
If I was choosing only from those, the General!
Any TV show of the '80s, Magnum PI Ferrari.

Nice, but ... no love for the Striped Tomato?
Seriously, there can be only one ...
OK, OK, of the vehicles in the OP, I'd take the General Lee.
The Ecto-1 is a movie car. If this is only open to TV cars I'd probably take the Magnum PI Ferrari too, although the Starski & Hutch Torino would be tempting as well.
If movie cars are on the table the choices get a lot harder. Bond cars, Mad Max, F&F, The Transporter, Bullit, I could go on and on...
Something from Ace and Gary?

Which am I picking? Probably the blonde.
OTOH, the Batmobile sold for $4MM+ not long ago, so that wouldn't be a horrible choice.

No one's going with the Batmobile? Also, if we're digging into cartoons I think Speed Racer's car gets a mention.
EDIT: I took too long to type apparently lol.

Sorry, he drove an Alpine. Also, VW Karman-Ghia, MG Midget, they were all the slower sports cars of the time.

Of those in the picture, batmobile. If you want to go into other tv/movie cars, you also need to consider what was "used" vs "portrayed". If I pick BTTF, is it a DMC with some tacky parts slapped on it is it a real time machine?
If other options are available

Well in that case this is now an easy question, I'd take a Cyber Formula car. Not sure whether I'd get the Super Asurada:
....Or the Ogre:
I think I'd only be able to run it for a couple hours though, it's hard enough for a futuristic megacorporation to afford to run one of these things. Where would you even get liquid hydrogen?
Tough choice. I love the magnum pi Ferrari and the Miami vice ferarri. I also have a serious problem with the a-team van.
But for me there is only one first choice.
Buzz and Todd's Corvette from "Route 66". Is my age showing?
