And I'm not used to it: Why do I ever bother reading anything other than this board?
On a similar note.
Do you have any idea how many things have been called "M1" in the US military? It a LOT. Here's one:
M1 Garand

M1 to South Ferry.
I see how it's similar to the Delorian. Stainless steel construction, 6 cylinder engine in the wrong end, futuristic 70's styling, and they've both probably carried their fair share of blow.
They still do Jalopnik? I was sure they'd be out of business by now after they ran off all their best authors.....
I'm not sure what makes Jalopnik worse, the Authors, the Fans, or even worse, the cross post people from Gawker/etc yelling at us for destroying earth by liking cars.
Want a website with true fans running it?
May I suggest (non afiliated, these are just the ones I enjoy)
All much better, friendlier places to spend your time, once you're done browsing this board, ofcourse!
My perfered M1 (A1)
Thanks for the tips. I read Hooniverse, but I'd never heard of Dogfight Mag. Other than the Michael-Vick-Fanclub name, it might be a pretty good site.
Yeah, I dont get the name either, but plenty o' old racing stuffs to be seen there.
My personal favorite is the chicane blogs features on ghost tracks.

Eh, they seem to be discussing styling. The initial claim of the article (before the comments even started) that my old E21 3-series looks anything like an Alfetta was enough to lose my interest (and that comes from a guy who has an abandoned GTV6 project in the garage).
Styling is art, and as such..it's in the eye of the beholder.

For me its how every article now has some political slant to it... and they all slant the same way.
In reply to Zomby woof: But it's so easy
I couldn't love GRM the magazine or the website more, and believe me, I don't like to be the P.C police or anything or the guy who has a problem with everything thing, but I do have a problem with this...
I find it a bit offensive that you use terms like "internet", "running" etc etc... for your little descriptions or whatever in posters. I myself have not competed in the special olympics, nor am I a special in any way, except in my mom's eyes, but I think she was just saying it so I would go away while her stories were on. However I feel sensitivity for people who run, as they probably think they are being chased by something really scary. I had a girlfriend that ran alot, until she finally got a restraining order.
These terms although I'm pretty sure are not even real words, are obviouslyt meant to resemble the words used to describe people with mental impariments, and it appears that they are used on these boards in a joking sense which, as I view it, makes light of people who are afflicted with mental disabilities.
It just dosen't seem right to me, thats all. I know that it's not my message board, and that noone forces me to post here, but all the same, some things are wrong when they really don't need to be.

Best Internet meme EVER!
