There's a little news
Yesterday morning i texted Bill that we have a new family and yesterday evening there's another one to added to it.
So two new families have been added. The one of them is a mom with three kids, they are from a small village in the Zaporizhiya region, this mom and her kids came to Dnipro a few months ago. The second one is from Liman in the Donetsk region and they have two kiddos. Both of these families have babies and there's a need for diapers and baby food.
Today i received the money transfer for Mothers and kids fund - thank you all guys for your support!!!
The babies will get what they need - i'm already working on it

Good morning everyone! Apologies for the brief absence, I was taking some much needed rest over the Christmas holiday and am still slowly getting my legs back under me. That being said, I do have a late update to get this week and new year started. Here goes:
As you guys have seen, the Mother's and Baby's fund has just been transferred. Vikki's post is above, and I'm excited to have these new families and children under our umbrella. It sounds like the transfer came just in time!
The GoFundMe was mostly a success. I have a trip report I still need to write but we were able to get all 57 of our children just about every darn thing on their wish list! Unfortunately we didn't have any left over to spill into the orphanage, but that wont stop us from trying again on our next run.
Ira tried to get the stars aligned again on this last run but unfortunately the books could AGAIN not be ordered, so the truck returned to Hungary empty.
Baby Clothes, etc were all delivered with the Christmas run. We got the packages in time and sorted accordingly ( I tell ya, keeping track of everything on this run was tough stuff. We really could have used Mrs. Hungary on this one)
Adopt a Medic should open here shortly. There was demand back in December and I hope I can get this open before it fizzles out.
And Stuffie delivery: I brought our entire box of stuffies with us, put one stuffie in every child's gift package who was under 6 or 7 years of age and we STILL have some left over. I brought them back with me and will have them again for our next run.
Alrighty, that brings us back up to our starting line. Now lets see if I can't get that report goin.

Dnipro 5, Christmas 2, Trip Report, here goes!
So after the last picture was taken (with the top off) we actually had to head out of town to Budapest for a quick trip to the Christmas markets for the year, but also to buy more gifts for the Ukrainian children. One girl always asks for "anime stuff" and another wanted a candle making kit (neither of which are available locally, and these runs are cut close enough that shipping isn't an option). For the next three or four days, the truck is going to sit. So the top goes back on, and here's how she looks:
