Ultimate Factories Camaro on right now.
I actually got to see the ultimate factory Camaro at a Kruse auction in Auburn a few years ago. When the Z28 first came out in 1969, the CO decided not to offer it in a ragtop, likely for liability reasons. The guiding force behind the car was Bob Estes, and he wanted a convertible, so he ordered ONE white covertible with the thouroughly badass 302 engine and the Z28 package. A true 1 of 1 COP car. He finally decided to sell it, and put it on the block with a reserve of 1.5 million dollars. It had not been babied and had normal wear and tear. When I saw it at the auction, it was roped off with velvet.
The bid got to $1,1500,000, but he didn't let go of it for that. I'd love to hear where it is now.
