I thought that was an IMSA RS car, but I don't care. Just stoked that somebody else remembers Irv. This one?

In the early 70s Pintos were doing quite well in SSC I think was the class. People were buying them with credit, bolting in safety equip. and going racing. I wanted to race so bad I couldn't stand it so I decided that's the route I'd go. Right after I made that decision a guy with a Rabbit he was making payments on rolled it up into a little ball @ Road Atlanta and I changed my mind. Sometimes I think I made the wrong choice.

You mean like this one?

I have been greatly impressed by the graphics I have seen on the tgrm storefronts. I do not know if everyone makes their own, even the smaller 'decals', but it has motivated me to step my own game(as if I don't spend more time doing livery than racing already) to the next level. Having a pile of vintage racing magazines at hand, and a break here and there from school where I can really focus on the small detail work helps...for now though, Chemistry all day long, all weekend long, and only taking those few evenings away to come play with tgrm in BSpec and TA...gotta relax the brain!

Check my S/F for the headlight graphic(taped over glass). You are also missing the Stewert Warner(black outline, black lettering, yellow/orange background) under the number, as is the repop vintage racer in your photo. This is the Peter Brock 510 with the only addition being the decals on the headlights. The vintage magazine shows the car,'as raced' with taped headlights but all other details match

Just realized that some of the cars I used last night were not built the right way. I was running the rear downforce wing instead of the front downforce. The ones I built the first night the rules were posted were built the correct way, but the ones I built the next night were not.

Damn, so how much faster did you think it made you? I'm surprised I held you off as long as I did.

It's only 1pi difference. If anything, it would have helped a lot more having some turn in at Sears Point. Car pushed like crazy with the rear downforce.

Continuing the BRE theme Finally getting the bugs worked out of the tune, it's not as tail happy as it was during the last test 'n tune. This paint job is my own, the last one was store bought.
