The fake video with the Porsche could even be plausible if the car's entertainment system were running a desktop-like OS (which unfortunately is unprecedented for any car), but there would be many more steps involved...configuring the Doom source port and the controls for example. Or if it were even running a mobile OS - one of those Android head units could in fact play Doom.
