If so how loud is it?
As an aside anyone know how I could plumb in a vacuum tank on an automatic switch? Kinda like a compressor with tank, only in reverse? (Yes, I know vacuum is only lower pressure)
Wiring in a vacuum switch is easy. The problem you might have is finding a valve that will open under vacuum. I built some vacuum tables for composite layup, and in the end switched over to manual valves.
Initially I will just use a foot operated electric switch to turn on the pump when needed.
