Late to the party, but that soumds like one of my more entertaining migraines. Once had to crawl back my office because it hit me like a bus as I sat down in my car. I recommend turbo Mazda. The more I drove them, the less symptoms I have

I had a mini-stroke 20 some years ago. Lots of MRI's and a brain scan. turns out I had had strokes before and didn't even know it. They also found partial blockage of my ceratoid arteries.

More MRI's and ultrasounds. Change in diet, low fat, aspirin seem to have done the trick.

I drive a Fiesta.
