That's the coolest bad idea that I've seen in a long time.

There is a bicycle around here with a similar engine on a drive wheel attached to the seat bar. ~12" drive wheel. Sounds like a weed eater engine but moves him along nicely. I think it is a better idea than the roller blades.

There's a "Little Johnny" joke about an accident involving something very similar to this.
