My 300ZX had a cool titanium key with a sort of wirey engraved key head, like the far right one in this image I stole:
The Alfa key is a long blade with grooves cut in the side of it instead of on the top and bottom.
And of course the GTO key is simply monstrous. It's not really cool or wierd, just really, really large.
