I had a lot of things on my bingo card for the year, burning ghost train is not one of them.

That could have ended much worse than it did. We had a really bad wreck a few years ago, 47 were killed.

Yeah, that one was horrifying. A tale of neglect and staggering ineptitude. Everything that could be done wrong, was done wrong.
I followed a freight train that had a burning engine one night. It was a wild sight. Fortunately the fire was contained to one locomotive and they got the train to a service yard ok.
