At my welding lab we have 18 welding booths and 36 machines. We are always moving things around and the unused machines are in the way. So , we are making racks that will stack a constant current machine, Miller and a constant voltage machine, Lincoln.

Hot BBs rolling around the floor, swarf and grinder debris; think plastic wheels would do the distance? Nice cart.

The wheels are from the carts that the machines were originally on. The rear wheels are off the Miller's and the front wheels are off the Lincoln's. They seem to be fine after years of work. We are trying to use as much of the existing carts as we can. We run our booths off a manifold gas system, but we have left a spot for a gas bottle on the back. I will post more pictures of the rig tomorrow.
