Well, yeah. That's kinda what I was saying. The word "gun" isn't in the article - in reference to those who own them or otherwise.

I guess I should add - it seems to me that in the context of the story, it would not be inappropriate to ask if the counter protestors were armed. These are self-identified members of the KKK, a group that has had more than a bit of violence in their past. They were asked and answered with something other than "no". That does say something. Is it germane to the story? I guess that's subjective. But I don't see how it implies any kind of bias other than against the KKK.

Both groups have a lot to attone for on the cosmic scale
