My neighbor has 3 yamaha powered shifter carts, raced at a local cart dirt track near me (Caesars Creek) ...looks like epic fun!!! His garage door is always up, with him turning wrenches on em...I need to stop down and say hi. Hes got each one on its own workstand, and a garage floor you could eat off. Sounds like he needs to be a member here!
Also, theres a very nice SE-r in the 'hood (not sure if a neighbor, or a friend of one, but I see it 3-4 times a week), on gold wheels, lowered just right, with a chin spoiler, nice side skirts, rear diffuser, and low, modest exhaust, with a body as straight as a rail....so much want

One neighbor has a nice little Kubota tractor. The guy across the street has his own Bobcat. No good cars other than mine on the street though. (only 5 houses). I guess I don't truly covet them, but I do need to get a new lawn mower.
I just picked up one of these:

To empty the grass, you just extend the handle from the top and pivot the top half up. I back up to my hillside and don't even have to get off the tractor! Not as nice as a Kubota, but it sure beats walking.
I got one neighbor with a nice R6, my cousin just up the road has a cool project truck he's working on and a decent rally car, one other neighbor has a clean Sentra, one owns a nice DC4 ITR that I think used to compete in AutoX here, one neighbor used to have a nice and clean boosted E30 but I haven't seen it in a while, there's a nice GC Impreza wagon and flourescent green Kia Koup parked at the apartment next to my cousin...
There are a good number of nice cars in this neighborhood now that I think of it. Makes up for all the awful ricemobiles, beat-up crapcans and ghetto hoopties that most of my neighbors have.
